四氯化锡催化合成乳酸仲丁酯

摘    要:本文采用四氯化锡作为催化剂催化合成乳酸仲丁酯。此法"三废"排放少,产率较高,比传统用浓硫酸做催化剂优越很多。通过实验得出四氯化锡催化合成乳酸仲丁酯的最佳反应条件是:酸醇摩尔比为1:3,即取乳酸(化学纯,85%)7.6ml,仲丁醇24.5ml;催化剂用量为2.0g,反应时间2.5h,以甲苯为带水剂,在此条件下可以得到乳酸仲丁酯的产率为75.6%。

Abstract:In this paper,tin tetrachloride as a catalyst of sec-acid-butyl.This method"three wastes"less emissions, a higher yield than the traditional use concentrated sulfuric acid catalyst to do a lot of advantages.Through experiments that tin tetrachloride catalytic synthesis of 1 sec-acid-butyl the best conditions are:lactic acid (chemical pure,content 85%)cases,the lactic acid of 1:3 sec-butyl alcohol,to 2.0 grams of catalyst,the reaction time limited to 2.5 hours suitable.Toluene used to bring water.Under these...
