气举排水采气工艺技术研究及应用

靖边气田位于鄂尔多斯盆地中部,主要开发层下古奥陶系马家沟组碳酸盐岩储层的天然气,其气藏属低渗、低丰度的干气气藏,无边、底水,在气田局部存在相对富水区。目前已发现7个富水区和61个产水单井点,随着地层压力的降低,气井的携液能力变差,甚至因井筒积液而停产,严重影响了产水气井的高效开发。本文针对靖边气田产水气井开发面临的实际问题和富水区开发技术对策,结合靖边气田开发工艺技术特点,开展了产水气井气举排水采气工艺技术研究,初步形成了适合靖边气田产水气井气举排水采气的6项配套工艺技术。通过近几年的现场应用表明,这6项排水采气工艺技术经济、可靠、高效,是靖边气田产水气井开发的主要技术手段,也是同类气藏产水气井开发借鉴的典范。

Research and application of gas lift drainage technology

Jingbian gas plant which in the middle of Ordos Basin,is developing natural gas under the ancient main floor Majiagou ordovician carbonate reservoir,The gas reservoir is permeability,low abundance of dry gas reservoir,little boundless and bottom water,there are some relatively water-rich areas in the local field.There have been found 7 water-rich areas and 61 production water single wells.With the formation pressure reducing,lower liquid carrying capacity of gas wells,or even appearing wellbore fluid which caused no well production, all of the above seriously affected the efficient development of gas wells producing water.Combined the characteristics of Jingbian gas plant development techniques,we carried out gas lift drainage technology research,initially formed 6 gas lift drainage matching technologies which suit gas wells producing water in Jingbian gas plant.Through field applications in recent years,these 6 gas lift drainage matching technologies have been proved that are economical,reliable,efficient,and have becomed the main technical means in developing gas wells producing water of Jingbian gas plant,will be a model of developing wells producing water to the same gas reservoir.
