摘    要:苏里格气田冬季气温低,最低气温-30℃。受冬季低温气候影响,气田地面管线冻堵严重,给生产管理带来了很多困难。目前管线冰堵后通常采用放空或注醇方法解堵,这些方法在冻堵程度轻微时比较有效,冻堵严重时则需要明确管线具体冻堵位置,采取直接加热手段才能彻底解堵。如何找出管线冻堵位置,目前尚没有有效的办法。针对这种情况,本文首次提出了一种应用分压原理方法来测定天然气管线冰堵位置的新方法,并开展了现场试验。试验效果表明这种方法简单、快捷、精度高,为检测管线冻堵位置提供了一种可靠途径。

Abstract:The temperature in winter of Sulige gasfield is low,and the lowest temperature is-30℃. Under the influence of winter low temperature climate, the pipeline of gas field freezing frequently, and caused many problems to the production management. Currently Pipeline ice block usually plugging venting or methanol injection method. These methods are more effective when the frozen block is not serious. When the frozen goes serious , it needs to comfirm the pipeline freeze plugging position, and only take direct heating can be completely blocking. How to find out the frozen location of pipeline, there is no effective way currently. In view of this difficult problem,this paper proposes a new method to determination of ice blocking position of the natural gas pipeline by use partial pressure, and carried out a field test. Test results show that this method is simple, fast and high-precision, and provide a reliable way to detecting pipeline freeze plugging position.
