中心管阻流控水技术在海上水平井的应用

摘    要:渤海A1h井为优质筛管砾石充填完井,2019年因高含水问题关停,通过生产动态分析判断其出水类型为点状水淹,水脊剖面图显示水突进的位置位于跟部和中部。以数值方式模拟不同中心管布孔方案下的控水效果,最终优选出相控阀短节分布方案,在跟端、中部、趾部分别下入15只、9只、36只相控阀,配合开关短节和控水隔离器,实现筛管段内分层,通过优化各层段流入阻力剖面,达到阻流控水效果。2020年1月现场实施后,含水率由措施前的96%降低至89%,日增油18 m3,取得良好的降水增油效果。

Abstract:Bohai well A1h is a high-quality screen completion well,which was shut down due to high water cut in 2019.According to the production performance analysis,the water output type is point water flooding.The profile of water ridge shows that the position of water inrush is in the heel and middle.The water control effect of different central pipe hole layout schemes was numerically simulated,and the distribution scheme of phase control valve nipple was optimized.15,9 and 36 phase control valves were respectively inserted into the root,middle and toe respectively.With the help of switch nipple and water control or isolator,stratification in the screen pipe section was realized.The flow resistance profile of each layer was optimized to achieve the effect of flow resistance and water control.After the field implementation in January 2020,the water content is reduced to 89%from 96%before the measures,and the daily increase of oil is 18 m3,which has achieved good effect of precipitation and oil increase.
