子洲气田压裂工艺技术研究

摘    要:子洲气田上古生界是多套含气层段叠合发育区,山西组山2段发育三角洲前缘水下分流河道和河口坝沉积的储集砂体,石盒子组盒8段以三角洲前缘水下分流河道砂体为主,砂体展布比较稳定,是子洲气田的主力气层。但各储层都表现出较强低孔、低渗和非均质性强的特征,必须进行压裂改造才能有效地发挥出气井的产能。通过多次的开发实践,子洲气田已形成了一套加砂压裂综合工艺技术,应用效果显著。子洲气田低压气藏压裂工艺的研究优化及配套技术的完善,能够进一步提高单井产量,提高气田的经济综合开发效益。

Abstract:Zizhou gas field is set,upper palaeozoic gas bearing section of composite development zone,Shan2 period of development of Shanxi formation of delta front underwater distributary channel and river mouth dam reservoir sand body deposition,Shihezi group He8 paragraphs to delta front underwater distributary channel sand body is given priority to with delta front underwater distributary channel sand body,sand body distribution is stable,is the main gas of the Zizhou gas field.But the reservoir show low porosity,low permeability and strong heterogeneity characteristic,must fracturing renovation can effectively play the gas well production capacity.Through the multiple development practices,Zizhou gas field has formed a comprehensive set of sand fracturing technology,the application effect is remarkable.Low pressure gas reservoir in Zizhou gas field fracturing technology research optimization and the improvement of the supporting technology,to further improve the single well production,improve the economic comprehensive development benefit of gas field process technology.
