摘    要:研究了环形、车轮形及蜂窝形等异形催化剂颗粒的有效因子、固定床传热性能及其压降。在此基础上 ,从基本的传热、传质方程出发 ,对三种异形颗粒达到相同转化率所需的床高、催化剂用量以及在固定床中的传热、总床层压降等性能进行了对比与预测。

Abstract:The technology of making abnormal shape catalyst particles is recently developed mainly for the enhancement of their effectiveness factors with low pressure drops in fixed-bed reactors.This paper presents the values of effectiveness factors of ring,wheel-shape and honeycomb shape catalyst particles,and of heat transfer parameters and pressure drop coefficients for fixed-bed packed with these particles.These results constitute the basis of further studies on the performance characteristics of fixed-bed reactors packed with particles of the above shapes.From the basic heat and mass transfer equations,the performance characteristics of these beds are comparatively predicted,including the reactor’s lengths and catalyst quantities,temperature-related characteristics and overall pressure drops,all at constant temperature with the same final conversion.
