摘    要:采用反相乳液聚合的方法合成了一种多功能核壳结构聚合物微球(简称核壳微球),壳层为苯乙烯和乙酸乙烯酯的共聚物,核层为丙烯酰胺及其衍生物的共聚物,利用SEM、TEM和粒径分析仪等对微球进行了性能评价.实验结果表明,核壳微球为规则的球形,粒径中值为11.795μm,由核壳两层构成,壳层表面呈磨砂状.在模拟地层水矿化度为500...

Abstract:A multifunctional core-shell microsphere(core-shell microsphere)containing a copolymer of styrene and ethylene acetate as a shell and a copolymer of acrylamide and its derivatives as a core was synthesized by inverse emulsion polymerization,and its physical properties were characterized by SEM,TEM and particle size analyzer.The result indicates that the microsphere is a regular sphere with a median particle size of 11.795μm and it is composed of core and shell,the surface of the shell is frosted.Under the condition of formation water salinity of 5000 mg/L and formation temperature of 90℃,the expansion ratio of the microsphere on 15 d is 3.95 times.The core layer polymer of the core-shell microsphere can be released after 3 months at constant temperature,the viscosity of the microsphere solution maintains more than 2 mPa·s within 95 d,and the recovery ratio can be increased by 22.09%.The experimental measures in the oil field have obvious effect.In conclusion,the core-shell microspheres have the double effects of plugging in the early stage and driving oil in the late stage.
