表面修饰Au的纳米Pt催化剂的制备及其催化活性

摘    要:利用纳米Pt表面吸附的氢还原氯金酸,制备了表面修饰Au原子的纳米Pt催化剂。通过紫外-可见吸收光谱、透射电子显微镜、X射线衍射对纳米Pt催化剂进行了表征,并通过苯甲醛的催化加氢反应,对表面修饰不同量Au原子的纳米Pt催化剂的催化活性进行了评价。实验结果表明,Au原子是在纳米Pt的表面形成;当Au原子的修饰量较低时,纳米Pt催化剂的催化活性得到提高,当表面修饰的Au原子与Pt原子的摩尔比为0.08时,纳米Pt催化剂显示出最高的催化活性;而当这一比值达到0.17时,与未修饰Au原子的纳米Pt催化剂相比,增加Au原子修饰量会导致纳米Pt催化剂的催化活性降低。

Abstract:Nano-Pt particles surface-modified by Au atoms were prepared by reducing of HAuCl_4 with hydrogen adsorbed on nano-Pt particles.Au modified nano-Pt could be used as catalyst for hydrogenation of benzaldehyde.The catalyst was characterized by means of UV-Vis,TEM and XRD.Activities of nano-Pt catalysts modified by different Au dosages were evaluated by hydrogenation of benzaldehyde.The Au modified catalysts were higher in catalytic activity than that of ordinary Pt nano-particles where Au dosage was relatively low.Highest catalytic activity was achieved when mole ratio of Au to Pt was 0.08.But when mole ratio reached more than 0.17,catalytic activities of Au modified nano-Pt catalysts were lower than that of ordinary Pt nano-particles.
