磷钨酸改性介孔分子筛SBA-15催化剂的酸性及水热稳定性的研究

摘    要:采用直接合成法和后合成法制备磷钨酸改性介孔分子筛SBA-15催化剂,通过Hammett指示剂法对两种合成方法得到的催化剂的酸性进行了比较,在索氏抽提器中采用质量分数95%的乙醇对催化剂进行水热处理,通过测定催化剂总酸量的变化和分子筛结构的变化比较两者的水热稳定性。以丙烯酸和正丁醇的酯化反应为探针反应,考察两种催化剂的重复使用性。实验结果表明,用直接合成法制备的磷钨酸改性介孔分子筛SBA-15催化剂比后合成法制备的催化剂总酸量低、酸强度相近、水热稳定性好、重复使用效果好,用直接合成法制备的催化剂在磷钨酸质量分数为30%时的酸量最高。

Abstract:Phosphotungstic acid modified mosoporous molecular sieve SBA-15 was obtained either by direct synthesis(SG)or post-synthesis(IM).Their acidity and hydrothermal stability were systematically studied. Hydrothermal treatment was carried out in Soxhlet extractor by using mass fraction 95% ethanol and acidity was measured with Hammett method.XRD patterns showed the changes of catalysts before and after hydrothermal treatment.The catalysts were used and reused in esterification.SG had better hydrothermal stability than IM,though its acid amounts and catalytic activities were lower than IM. SG sample had the highest acid amount when mass fraction of HPWA was 30%.
