反应型单组份聚氨酯水分散体的制备及性能

摘    要:合成了反应型单组份聚氨酯水分散体 ,用IR表征了成膜时再交联反应的存在。通过对膜的力学性能及在水、二甲基甲酰胺、甲苯中溶出率的测试得出 :该分散体保留了自乳化型单组份聚氨酯水分散体的优点 ,再交联反应显著提高了膜的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率及耐溶剂性等物理化学性能。

Abstract:The existence of recrosslinking reaction during film forming process of reactive onepack polyurethane water dispersion was confirmed by IR.The film properties of dynamics and extraction rate in water,DMF and toluene were also determined.Results show that the film characteristics of tensile strength,elongation at break and solvent resistance improve obviously due to recrosslinking reaction.
