受阻哌啶氮氧自由基对聚丙烯的抗热氧和抗光氧效能的研究

摘    要:对4-羟基-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶氮氧自由基(HTMPO·)、4-(甲基丙烯酸)-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶醇酯与苯乙烯共聚物(PDS)、氮氧自由基(PDS-NO·)、PDS 及受阻酚与聚丙烯共混试样,进行熔融指数、化学发光等抗热氧研究,以及薄膜和长丝的抗光氧研究。结果表明,氮氧自由基具有突出的抗热氧效能和良好的抗光氧效能。


Studies on Anti-thermooxidation and Anti-photoexidation Effects of Hindered Piperidines Nitroxy Radical on Polypropylene
Abstract:Polypropylene(PP) was blended respectively with 4-hydroxy-2,2,6,6-tetra-methyl-piperidine-1-oxy(HTMPO·),copolymer of styrene-methacryloyl 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-piperidine(PDS)-1-oxy (PDS-NO·).hindered phenol 1010,264;HTMPO·PDS-NO·-PDS and hindered phenol-PDS.Melt flow index,viscosity-aver-age molecular weight,thermogravimetric analysis,chemiluminescence,rheologicalproperty of granular PP,and ESR spectrum were determined.The results showthat nitroxy radical has more effective anti-thermooxidation properties at 230℃as compared to hindered phenol,and still remains effective even at 290℃.Theantiphotooxidation of PP films and fibers have been found to have better anti-photooxidation properties.
