摘    要:以内烯酰胺(AM)、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)和含双键的有机硅为单体,以过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,通过自由基聚合制备了有机硅共聚物。以有机硅共聚物质量分数为0.5%的淡水钻井液的滤失量为依据,通过正交实验优化了有机硅共聚物的合成条件:n(AM):n(AMPS):n(NVP)=3:1:1,有机硅单体摩尔分数2.0%(基于AM,AMPS,NVP的总物质的量),BPO的质量分数0.4%~0.6%(基于AM,AMPS,NVP的总质量),聚合温度80℃。用FTIR手段表征有机硅共聚物的结构。实验结果表明,含有机硅共聚物的淡水钻井液、NaCl质量分数为4.0%的盐水钻井液及饱和盐水钻井液均具有较好的降滤失性能和较强的抗温性能。

Abstract:An organosilicon copolymer used as a high temperature fluid loss control additive was synthesized by free radical polymerization from acrylamide(AM),2-acrylamido-2-methyl-l-propyl sulfonic acid(AMPS),N-vinylpyrrolidone(NVP) and organosilicon with double bond as monomers, using benzoperoxide(BPO) as initiator.According to the minimum fluid loss of fresh water based drilling fluid with 0.5%(w) organosilicon copolymer,the optimum conditions for the organosilicon copolymer synthesis were got through orthogonal ...
