摘    要:对中国石油广西石化公司900 kt/a芳烃抽提装置的设计和标定数据进行了对比分析。标定结果表明,标定原料中苯和甲苯含量超出设计范围,使苯-甲苯分离单元操作上限弹性达到115%,烯烃摩尔分数达0.94%,装置仍运行平稳,各项技术指标达到或超过合同规定值,产品质量均超过国标优级品指标,装置标定能耗低于42.81 kg/t的设计能耗。这些均表明,装置设计合理,具有较强的原料适应性。

Abstract:Design and evaluation data for the 900 kt/a aromatics extraction unit of Petrochina Guangxi Petrochemical Company were contrasted and analyzed.In the evaluation,the contents of benzene and toluene in the feedstock were beyond the design range,which made the operating flexibility of the benzene-toluene section reach the design upper limit 115%,and mole fraction of the olefins in the feedstock was 0.94%,which was also higher than that in the design cases,but the unit still ran smoothly and the product quality...
