天然气催化燃烧催化剂的研究进展(下)

摘    要:综述了近年来国内外甲烷燃烧催化剂的研究进展,包括Al2O3负载Pd、有序介孔硅负载Pd、铈基固溶体负载Pd、过渡金属氧化物负载Pd和其他载体负载Pd,负载型Pt、Au和多组分贵金属,非贵金属氧化物,钙钛矿型氧化物,类钙钛矿型氧化物,尖晶石型氧化物,烧绿石型氧化物以及六铝酸盐催化剂。讨论了这些催化剂对甲烷燃烧的活性、水热稳定性和抗硫性能,展望了研发新型高性能甲烷燃烧催化剂的未来发展趋势。

Abstract:Advancements in the catalysts for the catalytic combustion of natural gas at home and abroad are summarized briefly,including Al2O3 supported Pd,ordered mesoporous silica supported Pd,Ce-based solid solution supported Pd,transition metal oxide-supported Pd,supported Pt,supported Au,supported multiple component noble metals,base metal oxides,perovskite-type oxides,perovskite-like oxides,spinel-type oxides,pyrochlore-type oxides and hexaaluminates.The catalytic activity,hydrothermal stability and SO2 tolerance of these catalysts are discussed.The trend of development for high-performance methane combustion catalysts in future is predicted.
