| 摘 要： | 介绍烷基胺环氧乙烷(EO)加成型抗静电剂的合成及工艺条件。考察了三种最佳牌号的抗静电剂添加在聚乙烯中的特点,用量在0.5phr(表示聚乙烯100份,抗静电剂添加0.5份。)时其表面电阻值10~9Ω,产品无毒,添加方式简便,成本低,对制品的机械性能基本无影响,可推荐用作聚烯烃类塑料的优良抗静电剂。

Ethylene Oxide Adducts of Alkylamine as Antistatic Agents |

| Abstract: | This paper describes bow the ethylene oxide adducts of alkylamine,as anti-static agents,are produced.Three types of these agents are recommended.Wheneach of them adds to polyethylene at 0.5 phr,the surface resistance of the productobtained is 10~9Ω.The agent is non-toxic and low in cost.It has no bad effect onthe mechanical property of the products and application is simple and convenient. |
