| Abstract: | Production of L-lactic acid through fermentation and synthesis of polylactic acid has received wide attention recently in chemical industry.Current advances in the lactic acid fermentation,separation,recovery process,and production of polylactic acid were reviewed.The market potential of these products and relevant suggestion regarding their further development were presented. |
