摘    要:采用本院研制的Ti-Mg系高效催化剂和烷基铝化合物,在2L不锈钢压力釜内,模拟两釜串联聚合方式进行乙烯两段聚合。研究了氢浓度、催化剂用量及前后两段聚合所得聚合物的质量比对聚合物相对分子质量大小和相对分子质量分布的影响以及共聚单体1-丁烯浓度与聚合物密度的关系。在经选定的较佳聚合工艺条件下,制备出高相对分子质量、具“双峰”型的宽相对分子质量分布的乙烯与1-丁烯共聚的HDPE树脂,其各项性能指标与德国进口的单层汽车油箱专用料的基础树脂GM7746的性能相当。

Abstract:A series of HDPE resins have been prepared by using a Ti Mg high activity catalyst,which is synthesized by our institute,and alkyl aluminum in a 2 liter stainless steel autoclave The polymerization was carried out in two stages to simulate the polymerization conditions of two reactors connected in series The effects of H 2 partial pressure and the amount of catalyst as well as the weight ratio of the two stages products on polymer molecular weight and MWD were investigated The relation between comonomer 1 butene and the polymer density were studied Under the selected preferred polymerization conditions,a series of copolymers of ethylene and 1 butene with high molecular weight and “bimodal” wide MWD were prepared These products have good properties similar to those of imported automobile fuel tank materials
