| 摘 要： | 根据乳化液分散相液滴的发展历程以及运动状态,从分散相液滴受力变形、聚集、碰撞及其聚结与破裂等几个方面综述了乳化液分散相动力学的研究进展。并就分散相几种运动状态的界定条件、液滴聚结与破裂机理以及系统全面的研究方法等亟待解决的问题提出了分散相动力学的研究思路。

| Abstract: | Research progresses in the kinetics of oil-water emulsion disperse phase including the deformation,congregation,collision,coalescence and breakup of liquid droplets in the disperse phase,are reviewed according to the development process and motion state of the dispersed droplets.The existing problems such as the determination conditions for the motion states and the coalescence and breakup mechanisms of the droplets are discussed.The research directions for the kinetics of the disperse phase in future are proposed. |
