羧甲基硫代丁二酸对高矿化度油田注水缓蚀阻垢性能的测定

摘    要:以巯基乙酸和马来酸为原料合成了羧甲基硫代丁二酸(CMTSA)。考察了CMTSA对Ca~(2+)的螯合作用及CMTSA在高矿化度模拟水中的阻垢和缓蚀性能,并利用极化曲线和交流阻抗的测试考察了CMTSA的缓蚀机理。实验结果表明,CMTSA对Ca~(2+)具有螯合作用;在1MPa、80℃条件下,用量100mg/L的CMTSA在高矿化度模拟水中的阻垢率为90%;在常压、40℃条件下,用量100mg/L的CMTSA对Q235钢在模拟水中的缓蚀率为49.6%;缓蚀机理主要是CMTSA能在金属表面形成吸附膜。

Abstract:Carboxymethylthiosuccinic acid(CMTSA)was synthesized from mercaptoacetic acid and maleic acid.Chelating capability of CMTSA for calcium ions and its corrosion and scale performance were evaluated in high mineralized simulated water.Corrosion inhibition mechanism of CMTSA was studied through polarization curve and ac impedance methods.The results showed that CMTSA could chelate calcium ions effectively.Scale inhibition rate was 90% under the conditions of CMTSA dosage 100 mg/L,temperature 80℃ and pressure 1 MPa.Corrosion inhibition rate of Q235 steel was 49.6% under conditions of CMTSA dosage 100 mg/L,atmosphere pressure and 40℃.The mechanism of the corrosion inhibition of CMTSA was forming adsorption film on the metal surface.
