摘    要:顺酐液相催化加氢制备γ-丁内酯和四氢呋喃。加氢采用了高压釜间歇操作和固定床连续操作两种方法,使用镍催化剂。两种加氢方法都达到顺酐转化率100%,γ-丁内酯和四氢呋喃的选择性不低于85%。同时用固定床进行了500小时稳定性试验,并讨论了工艺条件对加氢的影响。


Study on the Formation of γ-Butyrolactone and Tetrahydrofuran By the Hydrogenation of Maleic Anhydride
Abstract:Hydrogenation of maleic anhydride in liquid phase over a nickel catalyst forming γ-butyrolactone and tetrahydroturan was stujied. Both batch process with an (?)utoclave and continuous process with a fixed bed ceactor were used with 100% conversion of maleic anhydride and not less than 85% selectivity of γ-butyrolactone and tetrahydrofuran in both cases. After 500 hours of operation in fixed bed reactor, the conversion and selectivity remained unchanged. The relationship between the operating conditions and hydrogenation results was discussed.
