摘    要:应用气相色谱法研究了超声波对变压器油的影响,并与振荡法测定结果进行了对比。实验结果表明,超声波可使变压器油发生分解,生成H2,CO,CH4,CO2,C2H4,C2H6,C2H2等可溶于变压器油的气体,且溶解于变压器油中的这些气体的含量随超声功率及超声时间的不同而不同;在50℃、超声功率210 W左右、超声时间30 min的优化超声条件下,变压器油样中各种溶解气的含量达到最大,即H2 1.540×103μL/L、CO 6.128×102μL/L、CH44.834×102μL/L、CO2 2.541×102μL/L、C2H4 1.550×103μL/L、C2H2 4.709×102μL/L、C2H6 2.182×102μL/L。与振荡法相比,变压器油经超声波处理后,溶解气中这7种气体的含量增加了100~3 350倍。超声波对被超声物具有分解作用,变电站附近不应安放超声装置,用超声波处理试样时应考虑它对试样的不利影响。

Abstract:The effect of ultrasonic on transformer oil was investigated through analysis of dissolved gases from the transformer oil by gas chromatography and the result was compared with the national standard measuring method—oscillation method.It was showed that the ultrasonic could promote the decomposition of the transformer oil to produce the dissolved gases: H2,CO,CH4,CO2,C2H4,C2H6,C2H2,etc.The production of the dissolving gases varied with the ultrasonic power and ultrasonic time.Under the optimum ultrasonic conditions of 50 ℃,ultrasonic power about 210 W and ultrasonic time 30 min,concentrations of the dissolved gases from the transformer oil reached H2 1.540×103 μL/L,CO 6.128×102 μL/L,CH4 4.834×102 μL/L,CO2 2.541×102 μL/L,C2H4 1.550×103 μL/L,C2H2 4.709×102 μL/L and C2H6 2.182×102 μL/L.The above seven gases from the transformer oil treated with the ultrasonic increased by 100-3 350 times,compared with treatment with oscillation.So there should not be any built ultrasonic devices near the substations and the negative impact of the ultrasonic on the transformer oil should be considered.
