摘    要: 用分步浸渍法制备Co/WO3-ZrO2催化剂,并在连续流动固定床反应器上考察了Co/WO3-ZrO2催化正辛烷临氢异构化反应性能。讨论了催化剂制备条件(W含量、焙烧温度、Co含量)及反应条件(还原温度、反应温度、重时空速)对正辛烷异构化催化性能的影响,采用XRD、BET对Co/WO3-ZrO2催化剂进行了表征。实验结果表明,当w(W)=15%、Co=2%时,所制备的Co/WO3-ZrO2催化剂对正辛烷异构化反应的催化活性可达到21.98%,选择性可达到93.96%。

Abstract:Our research objective is to investigate the hydroisomerization of n-heptane over Co/WO3-ZrO2 catalysts which was prepared by “wet” impregnation. The effect of preparation of catalysts(W content, calcination temperature, Co content)and reaction conditions(reduction temperature, reaction temperature, WHSV) on the conversion and isomerization selectivity of n-octane were discussed carefully. The physicochemical properties of employed catalysts are measured by XRD and BET technique. The catalytic performance of Co/WO3-ZrO2 for hydroisomerization of n-heptane was investigated under the reaction conditions of n(H2)/n(n-C8)=12, WHSV=3.52h-1, V(cat)=0.2g, and calcination temperature of WO3-ZrO2=800℃. The Co/WO3-ZrO2 catalyst sample with w(W)= 15% exhibited better performance (X(n-octane)=21.98%, S(i-octane)=93.96%) at 250℃.
