疏水缔合型聚丙烯酰胺(HAPAM)和常规聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)的增黏机理

摘    要: 疏水缔合型聚丙烯酰胺(HAPAM)与常规聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)相比具有显著的高效增黏性、耐盐性和理想的耐温稳定性。通过测定HAPAM溶液的电导率和黏度,得到聚合物的临界胶束质量浓度为450 mg/L。通过红外光谱和核磁共振分析,可知HAPAM侧链含有长的烷基链,并且侧链含有双键,这些构成疏水基团,起到疏水缔合作用。扫描电镜观测结果从形态上直接说明了HAPAM和HPAM的增黏和降黏机理,HPAM溶液的表观黏度主是由非结构黏度ηn构成,HAPAM溶液黏度由非结构黏度ηn和结构黏度ηs共同构成。

Abstract:Compared with conventional polyacrylamide (HPAM), hydrophobically associating polyacrylamide (HAPAM) has the performance of increasing viscosity, salt tolerance and temperature stability. By measuring the conductivity and viscosity of the polymer at its various concentrations, the critical micelle concentration of HAPAM of 450 mg/L was obtained. By analyzing the results of IR and NMR, it is confirmed that HAPAM contained long alkyl chains with double bonds, which constitute the hydrophobic group. By the method of scanning electron microscopy, the viscosity mechanisms of HPAM and HAPAM were directly shown. The apparent viscosity of HPAM is mainly composed of non-structure viscosity ηn, while the apparent viscosity of HAPAM is composed of both ηn and structure viscosity ηs.
