摘    要:适宜聚合度的聚甲氧基二甲醚(PODEn)是一种绿色环保的新型柴油添加剂,其物化性质与柴油相近,可提高柴油十六烷值和润滑性能,并有效减少尾气中颗粒物排放。不同反应原料下动力学模型的建立及反应机理的探究是PODEn合成过程中的重点和难点。本文对PODEn合成反应机理及动力学研究近况展开综述,并对其未来发展方向提出展望。

Abstract:Polyoxymethylene dimethyl ether (PODEn) with appropriate degree of polymerization is a new type of green and environmental friendly diesel additive. Its physical and chemical properties are similar to diesel, but it can increase diesel’s Cetane Number, improve its lubrication properties and effectively reduce the emission of particulates in tail gas. With utilizing different reactant materials, identification of reaction kinetics and mechanisms is critical and challenging for PODEn  synthesis. The progress of reaction mechanisms and kinetics of PODEn synthesis were reviewed, and the outlook of its future development was also discussed.
