摘    要:制备了CoMo/ZrO2-Al2O3系列催化剂,用程序升温还原技术考察了ZrO2对催化剂还原性的影响,发现ZrO2的质量分数为12%时,ZrO2与活性组分间存在较强的相互作用。以二苯并噻吩为探针化合物,考察了催化剂在不同温度下的加氢脱硫(HDS)活性。结果表明,以ZrO2含量为12%的复合氧化物为载体,负载4%CoO和15%MoO3的催化剂具有最佳的催化活性,优于广泛使用的进口工业HDS催化剂KF707。

Abstract:A series of CoMo/ZrO_2-Al_2O_3 catalysts was prepared. An investigation was carried out about effects of ZrO2 on reducibility of the samples by temperature-programmed reduction. A strong interaction between ZrO2 and the active metal components was observed, when ZrO2 content in ZrO2-A12O3 was 12% (Designated as ZA10). The hydrodesulfurization (HDS) activity of the catalysts at variable temperatures was studied, with dibenzothiophene as the model molecule. The results showed that the catalyst with ZA10 as support and loading with 4% CoO and 15% MoO3 (Designated as ZA10415) presented the highest catalytic activity, which was superior to commercial HDS catalyst KF707.
