NaCl存在下SDBS与超高相对分子质量AM-AA-AMPS三元共聚物的相互作用

摘    要: 在NaCl存在下,考察了超高相对分子质量丙烯酰胺(AM)/丙烯酸钠(AA)/2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸钠(AMPS)三元共聚物(AM-AA-AMPS)与表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)在水溶液中的相互作用。结果表明,AM-AA-AMPS与SDBS可形成交联网状结构缔合物,粒径大约为0.2 μm。NaCl的存在增强了AM-AA-AMPS与SDBS的相互作用,使得共聚物溶液表现出特殊的黏度行为。SDBS浓度为0.015 mol/L时,NaCl质量浓度升高至10 g/L后,溶液表观黏度升高约25%,当NaCl质量浓度为15 g/L、SDBS浓度大于0.015 mol/L时,溶液表观黏度增加约7倍。升高温度引起AM-AA-AMPS与SDBS缔合物的解离,导致溶液表观黏度降低,但同时增加了SDBS在溶液中的溶解量,与AM-AA-AMPS的作用范围加大,使得溶液表观黏度在一定温度范围内略有升高。

Abstract:The interactions between acrylamide(AM)/ sodium acrylate(AA)/2-acrylamido-2-methyl-1-propanesulphonate sodium(AMPS) copolymer with super-high molecular mass (AM-AA-AMPS) and sodium dodecylbenzene sulphonate(SDBS) in aqueous solution were studied in the presence of NaCl. The results indicated that the AM-AA-AMPS-SDBS complex with cross-linked networks was formed in the solution, and the particle diameter of the complex was about 0.2 μm. The presence of NaCl facilitated the interactions between AM-AA-AMPS and SDBS causing that the solution exhibited special viscosity behavior. With the SDBS concentration of 0.015 mol/L, as the NaCl mass concentration reached 10 g/L, the apparent viscosity of the solution increased about 25%, while the apparent viscosity of the solution increased about sevenfold at NaCl mass concentration of 15 g/L and SDBS concentration exceeding 0.015 mol/L. With the temperature rising, the apparent viscosity decreased due to the break of the complex, at the same time, the amount of SDBS dissolving in the solution increased, which increased the interaction area between the AM-AA-AMPS and SDBS, resulting in the increase of viscosity in a narrow temperature range.
