摘    要:利用热重分析仪对气化细渣单独燃烧及与动力原料煤混合燃烧特性进行研究,考察了掺混比例对混合燃烧特性的影响,分析了混合燃烧过程中的交互作用和反应动力学。结果表明:气化细渣和原料煤掺烧存在一定的协同效应;掺混原料煤的比例越高,混合燃料燃烧反应的活化能越低,其可燃性和综合燃烧特性越好。这可为改进气化细渣的燃烧特性,有效利用气化细渣的热值,降低固废量研究提供参考。

Abstract:The characteristics of separate combustion of gasification fine slag and its mixed combustion with raw coal were studied by the thermogravimetric analyzer. The effects of mixing ratio on combustion characteristics, and the interactions and reaction kinetics during combustion were investigated. The results show that there is a significant synergistic effect between gasification fine slag and raw coal. The higher the proportion of mixed raw coal is, the lower the activation energies of the combustion reaction of mixed fuel are, and the better the flammability and comprehensive combustion characteristics are. The obtained conclusions are of practical significance for improving the combustion characteristics of gasification fine slag, effectively utilizing the calorific value of gasification fine slag, and reducing the amount of solid waste.
