摘    要:采用2种改性剂对催化裂化(FCC)油浆进行复合改性,并调合制备沥青产品,分析了改性工艺对沥青产品性能的影响;采取红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振(NMR)、飞行时间质谱(MALDI-TOD-MS)及元素分析等手段对FCC油浆结构进行了表征,使用Brown-Ladner(B-L)法对FCC油浆平均分子结构参数进行了计算,提出了复合改性的反应机理。结果表明:随着复合改性反应温度上升,沥青产品的性能先上升后下降;随着复合改性反应压力和时间的增加,沥青产品性能有小幅提升。复合改性反应的本质是改性剂与FCC油浆稠环芳烃之间发生的亲电取代反应,生成了具有长链结构的大分子芳烃,有效提升了FCC油浆的高温稳定性及重组分含量。

Abstract: Two modifiers were used to compound the FCC slurry, the asphalt product was prepared by blending, and the effect of the modification process on the performance of the asphalt product was analyzed. The structure of the FCC slurry was characterized by infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), time-of-flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOD-MS) and elemental analysis. The average molecular structure parameters of the slurry were calculated by Brown-Ladner (B-L) method, and the reaction mechanism of the compound modification was proposed. The results show that with the increase of reaction temperature, the performance of asphalt products first increases and then decreases, and with the increase of reaction time, the performance of asphalt products increases slightly. An electrophilic substitution reaction between the modifier and the FCC thick cyclic aromatics produces macromolecular aromatics with long chain structures, which effectively improves the high temperature stability and recombination content of the slurry.
