摘    要:在高硫重质原油的加工中,加氢脱硫是最重要的预处理工艺之一。在渣油加氢过程中,对其中最难脱除的顽固型含硫化物分子结构转化规律的认识,有助于渣油超深度加氢脱硫工艺技术、新型催化剂、催化剂级配工艺等技术的开发。因此综述了近年来渣油加氢过程中硫迁移转化规律的研究进展,重点阐述了渣油中含硫化合物表征手段的进阶过程,以及由此带来的对渣油加氢过程中含硫化合物分子结构、渣油加氢过程中含硫化合物分子结构的变化规律以及渣油加氢过程中关键含硫化合物结构反应动力学特性等的进一步深入认识,以期为高硫渣油的深度脱硫提供理论依据。

Abstract:In the processing of high-sulfur heavy crude oil, hydrodesulfurization is one of the most important pretreatment technologies. In the process of residue hydrogenation, the understanding of the molecular structure transformation law for the stubborn sulfides most difficult to be removed is helpful to the development of ultra-deep hydrodesulfurization technology, new catalysts, catalyst gradation technology and other technologies. Therefore, this paper summarizes the research advances in the sulfur migration and transformation law during the residue hydrogenation process in recent years, and elaborates the advanced process of characterization methods for sulfides in residue. On this basis, the deep understanding of the molecular structure of sulfides and the molecular structure change law during residue hydrogenation, and also the reaction kinetics of the structure of key sulfides during residue hydrogenation is further obtained, hoping to provide theoretical basis for the deep desulfurization of high-sulfur residue.
