摘    要: 原油-水两相体系的乳化特性与原油物性密切相关,以流动状态下的原油乳化含水率来表征原油-水两相体系的乳化特性,针对高含水原油-水两相体系,通过实验研究了乳化过程消耗的机械能对原油乳化含水率的影响。研究表明,不同剪切条件下的原油乳化含水率可以与消耗的机械能进行定量关联,并且可以采用幂律关系式进行描述,该关系式中的2个待定参数与原油物性密切相关。确定了用沥青质胶质含量、蜡含量、机械杂质含量、原油酸值、原油全烃平均碳数这5个典型参数来表征原油物性。通过回归分析,建立了待定参数与原油物性之间的定量关系,从而确定了原油乳化含水率的预测模型,即φE=c1Ec2

Abstract:The emulsificationcharacteristic of crude oil-water system is greatly related to the physicalproperties of the crude oil. The emulsified water volume fraction under flowingconditions was used to characterize the emulsification characteristic of crudeoil-water systems. For the crude oil-water systems with high water volumefraction, the effect of consumed mechanical energy on the emulsified watervolume fraction was studied by emulsification experiments. The results showthat the emulsified water volume fraction under different shearing conditionscorrelates well with the consumed mechanical energy, and the quantitativerelationship could be described by a power law equation, with two undeterminedparameters relating to the physical properties of the crude oil. Fiveparameters were determined to characterize the crude oil physical properties, i.e.,the content of asphaltenes and resins, the content of waxes, the content ofmechanical impurities, acid number of crude oil, and the average carbon numberof the crude oil. Moreover, the correlations between the undeterminedparameters and the physical properties of the crude oil were developed by thestepwise regression, and thus the prediction model of emulsified water fractionwas determined, i.e., φE=c1Ec2.
