| 摘 要： | 《长距离输送管道工程投资估算编制细则》实施后,长输管道投资估算的编制深度和费用类别划分发生了变化。通过对《长距离输送管道工程投资估算编制细则》与《石油建设项目可行性研究投资估算编制规定》进行对比,分析两者在适用范围、费用划分、编制深度等方面存在的主要变化内容,探讨了在投资估算编制过程中如何理解并正确使用《长距离输送管道工程投资估算编制细则》以及在使用中应该注意的问题,确保编制出的估算文件能够更合理、准确地反映项目建设投资水平。
