| 摘 要： | 热油管道在运行过程中难免遇到停输，裸露管线因为没有土壤的保温作用，往往成为停输的关键。针对裸露管线的热力特性，利用CFD软件进行了停输模拟，为了更真实地模拟停输过程，先进行了停输前管道内的温度场计算，在此基础上进行停输模拟。分别针对环境温度不变和变化进行了两次模拟。模拟结果显示，不考虑环境温度变化时，停输时间为8d，考虑环境温度变化时，管内温度场比不变时要高，停输时间要长。研究结果为实际管道间歇输送方案提供指导依据。
