21世纪中国钻井技术发展与创新

摘    要:阐述了自动化钻井的理论与优点并重点介绍了自动化钻井的10项主要技术。建议21世纪初期重点发展复杂结构井的产业化技术、钻井信息技术、绿色钻井液及其精细化学品、深井超深井技术、现代平衡钻井技术、油气层保护技术、柔管钻井和小井眼产业化技术、钻井理论研究等8个方面。钻井既是一项地下工程,就需要发展井下控制技术并将目前地面遥控的闭环钻井信息流的主要部分移到井下,逐步使钻井信息的采集和处理以井下为主,并使钻井的决策与控制主要在井下直接进行。提出了研制井下钻井微软、井下地质微软和井下油藏微软的意义,提出了井下随钻信息集成系统的原理和研究随钻闭环自动导向钻井技术创新工程的思路和技术路线。

Abstract:It is well known that the general developing trend of drilling technology is to realize the automatic drilling.This paper describes the theory and major techniq ues of automatic drilling.This paper discusses about the seismic while drilling, formation evaluation while drilling,the acquire-processing and application syst em of downhole dynamic data,the closed-loop data flow system,the rotary steerin g drilling technique,the complex architecture well,the green drilling fluid and its fine chemicals,the ultra-deep well drilling techniques,mordern balanced dri lling and protection of formation from damage techniques,and drilling theory res earch that will be developed in the beginning of the 21~st century in China .Auther emphasises to develop the downhole-controlled techniques.The drilling d ata acquired and processed only from surface will be changed gradually to both s urface and downhole,in order to realize the decision-making and operating contr ol mainly in downhole directly.In this paper a new research program--"downhol e closed-loop automatic steering technique while drilling and its information s ystem"is proposed.
