摘    要:2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)共聚物在高温、高矿化度下具有较高的稳定性及增粘性能。对这类聚合物在高温高盐油藏应用的可行性进行了研究。对AMPS共聚物的溶解性、溶液流变特性以及在岩心中流动进行的试验结果表明,其溶解性较差;矿化度对溶液的滤过性有较大的影响;在剪切速率.γ为10~100s-1时,曲线出现拐点,且聚合物浓度越低,拐点越明显;浓度和矿化度均会影响聚合物分子的缔合程度。岩心试验表明,高矿化度的聚合物溶液中存在的不溶物或微凝胶会使聚合物溶液在不同渗透率岩心中出现不同程度的堵塞。

Abstract:The 2-acrylamide-2-methyl propane-sulfonic-acid (AMPS) copolymer has good stability and viscosifying capacity at high temperature and high salinity. The applicability of AMPS copolymer solution to high-temperature and high-salinity reservoirs was investigated. The solubility, rheological behaviors and flow of AMPS copolymer in core were experimented. The results indicate that the solubility is low, and salinity greatly influences the filterability of AMPS solution. With the decrease of polymer concentration, the shearing effect becomes weaker and the discontinuity point gets sharper when the shearing rate varies from 10s~(-1) to 100s~(-1). Both the concentration of polymer and salinity of solution affect the degree of molecule association. Insoluble or micro-gel formed in high-salinity solution causes plugging in porous medium to some degree.
