摘    要:采用宏观观察、扫描电镜分析、差热分析(DSC)、红外光谱分析及挂片试验方法对某油田玻璃钢管失效进行分析研究认为主要原因是玻璃钢材料的化学老化。输送介质中原油、CO2和伴生水等成分对玻璃钢中高分子树脂材料的化学交互作用、温度作用以及管道受到的应力作用最终导致有机高分子复合材料的破坏。文章还讨论了玻璃钢管道在腐蚀性环境下使用应注意的问题,评述了在特定工作条件下不同品种玻璃钢管道的性能差异,提出含CO2酸性油气田选择玻璃钢管道产品的一般指导原则。

Abstract:Studies have been conducted to take close look into the failures of glass fibre reinforced plastic gathering pipelines in a oilfield by means of macroscopic observation, scanning electron microscope,differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), infrared absorplion spectrum and hanging plate method. It shows that the failures are mainly caused by the factors such as material aging, temperature, stress and chemical effect between the high polymer resinous substance in the pipelines and the transport mediums: crude oil, CO2 and associated water. The paper also discusses the application problems at corrosion environment, evaluales the properties of different kind of glass fibre reinforced plastic gathering lines at different corrosion conditions, provides the general guide principle to select pipeline products which would be applied in aqueous acidity oil and/or gas fields.
