关于深海工程技术研究几个问题的探讨

随着科学技术的进步和我国对油气资源需求的提高,深水油气开发已成为我国面临的紧迫任务。水下生产系统是深水油气开发模式中的关键环节,中石油应把与水下生产相关的前期概念设计、水下生产设施、水下流动保障技术以及建立海洋石油专业设备检验机构等方面作为深海油田技术研究的切入点,开展超前研究,逐步掌握海洋油气田开发建设的核心技术,摆脱对国外的技术依赖。

Some Discussions on Deepwater Engineering technology Research

Along with the progress of science and technology as well as the increasing demands for oil and gas in our country,deepwater petroleum development has become an emergent task.Underwater produc-tion system is a key link in deepwater petroleum development.CNPC should take the following aspects as the breakthrough points of deepwater oilfield research and carry out relevant advanced researches:prior conceptual design relating to underwater production,underwater production equipment,underwater flow assurance tech-nique and establishment of the inspection organization of ocean petroleum special equipment,thus to gradually master the core technology of development and construction of deepwater oil and gas fields,and get rid of the dependence on foreign technology.
