摘    要:针对塔里木油田某注水井注入水中悬浮物及油含量不达标的问题,分析了现场工况及注入水水质不达标的原因,据此对生产工艺进行了改进,对设备及生产制度进行了优化。工艺优化后的水质分析结果表明,注水泵进出口水中悬浮物含量及含油量大幅度下降,达到了该区块注入水悬浮物含量小于3 mg/L,含油量小于8 mg/L的要求。

Abstract:The suspended matter content and oil content in the water of a water injection well in Tarim Oilfield do not reach the standard, the reasons are analyzed from site circumstance and water quality, hereby the production process is improved and the equipment and production system are optimized.The quality of water at the water injection pump inlet and outlet after process optimization is so greatly ameliorated that the suspended matter content is less than 3 mg/L and the oil content is less than 8 mg/L, both meet the standard requirements.
