摘    要:以乙醇为溶剂,在少量水存在下,以长链伯胺作模板剂,以异丙醇铝、H3PO4分别作为铝源与磷源,合成了具有一定热稳定性的介孔磷酸铝分子筛,并用XRD和TG-DTA进行了表征。结果表明,少量水与分子筛的晶相形成和转化密切相关,不同浓度、类型的表面活性剂等对分子筛介孔结构的形成均有影响;对分子筛原粉进行了水蒸气后处理,提高了分子筛的热稳定性。

Abstract:A thermo-stable mesoporous aluminophosphate molecular sieve was synthesized using long-chain n-alkylamine as template, H3PO4 as P source and Al(Oi-Pr)3 as Al source in alcoholic system with a little of water, and characterized by XRD and TG-DTA. The results demonstrated that the e-xistence of small amounts of water is related to the crystal formation and transition of mesoporous phase; and the concentrations and types of templates also effect the shape of this mesoporous material. Finally the therme stability of this molecular sieve was improved by steam treatment.
