顺-1-环己基-1,2-环己二醇的合成

摘    要:研究了顺-1-环己基-1,2-环己二醇的合成新工艺。先用格氏试剂1-环己基溴化镁和环己酮反应制得环己醇,醇脱水后生成α-位取代的环己烯,最后用甲酸-过氧化氢氧化制得顺-1-环己基-1,2-环己二醇。产物用元素分析、红外光谱与1H NMR进行了表征。产物熔点90~91℃,收率为29%。

Abstract:1-cyclohexyl-cyclohexanol was prepared by the reaction of grignard reagent and cyclohexanone and the product was then dehydrated to give 1-cyclohexyl-1,2-cyclohexene.cis-1-cyclohexyl-1,2-cyclohexandiol was obtained by the oxidization of 1-cyclohexyl-cyclohexene with hydrogen peroxide.The melting point(9091 ℃) of the product was the same as the reported value.The elemental analysis,IR and ~1H NMR data all indicated that the target compound was prepared.
