摘    要:吸水树脂作为调剖剂,在地层中吸水膨胀,封堵大孔道,起到调整吸水剖面,提高采油效率的目的。采用水溶液聚合法,以丙烯酸(AA)和丙烯酰胺(AM)为聚合单体,聚乙二醇双丙烯酰胺为交联剂合成高强度吸水树脂。讨论了交联剂的用量、单体浓度为、单体比例、引发剂用量和聚合反应温度对吸水树脂性能的影响。吸水树脂吸盐水后强度最高的反应条件为:聚乙二醇(PEG)的相对分子质量为400,交联剂用量为4%,单体浓度为40%,n(AM)∶n(AA)=2.5,引发剂用量为0.04%,n(氧化剂)∶n(还原剂)=1,聚合温度为30~35℃。最优化条件下吸盐水率可达86g/g。

Abstract:Water-absorbent polymer can be used as profile agent to absorb water and form gel expansion so as to stop up the large pores in order to adjust the water absorption profile and improve the oil displacement efficiency.In this paper,the high-intensive and water-absorbent polymer was synthesized by aqueous solution polymerization with acrylic acid(AA) and acrylamide(AM) as raw materials,and polyethylene glycol-bis-acrylamide as crosslinker.The effect of some factors,such as the amount of crosslinker,monomers concentration,the mass ratio of acrylamide to acrylic acid,the amount of initiator and reaction temperature,on the characteristics of the water-absorbent polymer was discussed.The optimal reaction conditions were as follows: the molecular weight of polyethylene glycol(PEG) was 400,the amount of used crosslinker was 4%,monomers concentration was 40%,the mass ratio of acrylamide to acrylic acid was 2.5,the amount of initiator was 0.04%,the mass ratio of oxidation agent to deoxidation agent was 1,the reaction temperature was at the ranges of 30-35 ℃.Under above conditions,the absorption rate to salt water of the prepared polymer was up to 86 g/g.
