淀粉/丙烯酰胺/丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵多元共聚物的合成

摘    要:采用自制的过硫酸盐引发剂,通过溶液聚合反应制备了淀粉/丙烯酰胺(AM)/丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DAC)三元共聚物,用红外光谱对接枝共聚物进行了表征。最佳反应条件为:引发剂用量为反应物固含量的0.10,,m(丙烯酰胺):m(丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵):m(淀粉)=4.2:2.8:3,反应温度55℃,反应时间4h,产物收率92.2%,转化率97.31%,接枝率142.3%,特性粘数446.9mL/g%,阳离子度可达22.1%。该共聚物用于处理炼油污水效果好于聚丙烯酰胺类絮凝剂。

Abstract:A terpolymer of starch,acrylamide (AM) and acryloyloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chlo- ride (DAC) has been prepared in aqueous solution using persulfate MT-1 as initiator.The product was characterized by FTIR.The optimal conditions were found as follows:0.10% initiator, n(AM):n(DAC):n(starch)=4.2:2.8:3,reaction temperature 55℃and reaction time 4 h.Un- der these conditions,the conversion,yield,grafting yield,intrinsic viscosity,cationic degree were 92.2%,97.31%,142.3%,446.9 mL/g and 22.1%,respectively.The product showed excellent properties in industrial waste water treatment.
