筋腱断裂后张力腿平台-筋腱-立管耦合系统响应分析

摘    要:以某张力腿平台为例,建立了张力腿平台-筋腱-立管耦合系统动力学分析模型,开展了多种工况和不同筋腱断裂状态下平台-筋腱-立管系统瞬态响应研究。结果表明:筋腱断裂后,平台运动位移和绕Z轴转动角度变化较小,平台绕X、Y轴转动角度变化较大且发生高频波动,经过衰减后平台的运动频率与完整状态下保持一致;位于断裂筋腱对角线位置上的筋腱顶部张紧力减小,其余筋腱张紧力增大,所有筋腱顶部张紧力发生高频波动并不断衰减至与完整状态下的波动频率一致;所有钻井立管和生产立管顶部平均张紧力都增大,且2根筋腱断裂后的立管顶部平均张紧力增大值较大。本文研究成果可为极端工况下张力腿平台设计和立管系统安全性评估提供参考。

Abstract:Taking a tension leg platform(TLP)as an example,the dynamic analysis model of the TLP/tendon/riser coupling system is established,and the transient response of the TLP/tendon/riser coupling system under various working conditions and different tendon broken states is studied.The results show that under tendon broken,the TLP motion displacement and rotation angle around Z axis change little,but the TLP rotation around X and Y axes changes greatly in angle and fluctuates with high frequency,and the motion frequency of the platform is consistent with that of the intact state after attenuation;the top tension of the tendons on the diagonal position of the broken tendons decreases,while that of other tendons increases,and the top tension of all tendons fluctuates with high frequency and continuously attenuates to the same frequency as that in the intact state;the average tension at the top of all drilling risers and production risers increases,and that at the top of two broken tendons increases even larger.The research results can provide reference for the TLP design and the safety assessment of riser system under extreme conditions.
