沙特轻质原油生产润滑油基础油的工业试验

采用“老三套”工艺对沙特轻质原油减二线、减三线、减四线及轻脱沥青油生产润滑油基础油进行了工业放大试验。结果表明 ,各线基础油的粘度指数均大于 90 ,但达不到HVI标准 ,而其余各项指标尚能满足要求。沙特轻质油生产过程中存在产品有异味、对加工设备有腐蚀、抽出油量大等一系列问题 ,需要进一步解决

INDUSTRIAL TEST OF LUBE BASE OIL PRODUCTION WITH SANDI LIGHT CRUDE OIL

The industrial tests were performed on lube base oil production with vacuum cut 2,cut 3,cut 4 and light deasphalted oil from Sandi light crude oil.The result showed that the VI of every line base oil is over 90 but cannot reach the HVI standard,with satisfactory technical requirements else.But there are a series of problems to be solved in the process of production,such as peculiar smell of product,corrosion to equipment and large quantity of asphalting oil and so on.
