摘    要:随着非道路国Ⅳ排放法规的执行,发动机技术不断更新换代,发动机制造商纷纷采用机内、机外新技术来达到史上最苛刻的排放要求,进而推动着内燃机油技术不断更新换代。文章主要分析和阐述发动机开发时,使用CI-4 15W-40机油出现积炭生成导致的发动机故障原因进行剖析。对积炭进行多种检测,总结积炭产生的主要原因,为日后广大用户在日常使用机油时,产生积炭这一现象能正确分析判断。解除客户对机油质量产生疑问并提出预防措施,尽量减少或延缓活塞积炭的形成,保证内燃机性能的持久性。

Abstract:With the implementation of China IV emission regulations for non-road vehicles, engine technologies are constantly being upgraded. Engine manufacturers have adopted various innovative technologies(used inside and outside engines) to meet the most stringent emission requirements in history, thereby promoting the continuous upgrading of internal combustion engine oil technologies. This paper mainly analyzed and elaborated the causes of engine faults due to carbon deposition when the engine oil CI-4 15 W-40 was used during engine development. A variety of tests were carried out to identify the main causes of carbon deposition, helping the users to correctly diagnose the phenomenon of carbon deposition when using the engine oil. The results are also expected to remove the users’ doubts about the quality of engine oils, and preventive measures are proposed to minimize or mitigate the carbon deposition on piston to ensure the service durability of internal combustion engine.
