摘    要:文章分析了煤矿生产的支架主供液系统和液压系统,根据管道系统管路的摩擦系数、管道长度、管道直径、管道中液体的流速、流体密度及附加阻力系数等技术参数,对远距离供液管路压损进行理论计算。通过比对压降的理论计算结果和实际测量的供液管路压力数值,对两者之间的差异进行系统数学模型分析、泵的启停逻辑分析,提出提高泵的出口压力、更改泵的启停逻辑和设定、实现压力流量的动态适应等修正和优化思路。文章的研究可以为液压支架液的研究应用、液压管路系统的检测和以后的系统设计提供准确数据。

Abstract:In this paper, the main fluid pipeline system of hydraulic supports and hydraulic system for coalmines were analyzed. Based on technical parameters of the fluid pipeline system, such as the friction coefficient, length and diameter of pipes, and the flow rate, density and additional drag coefficient of fluid in pipes, the pressure loss(or pressure drop) of long-distance fluid pipelines were calculated theoretically. The theoretically calculated pressure drop and the measured pressure of fluid pipeline were compared, and the difference between them was systematically analyzed with mathematical model. Moreover, the pump start/stop was analyzed logically. Finally, some correction and optimization ideas were proposed, such as increasing the pump outlet pressure, changing the pump start/stop logic and setting, and realizing the dynamic adaptation to the pressure and flow rate. The study results can provide accurate data for research and application of hydraulic support fluid, inspection of hydraulic piping system and subsequent system design.
