环保型润滑剂的发展及应用

矿物油基润滑剂存在着生物降解性差的弊端，它所造成的污染已引起人们的高度重视。政府干预、立法限制、终端用户所需及润滑剂制造商的共同作用，推动了环境可接受型润滑剂（EAL）的发展，其品种不断完善，占有率逐年递增，现已应用于森林开采业、机加工业、食品加工业等行业中。以植物油及合成酯为基础油的润滑剂是具有发展前景的产品。我国应加大此类油的开发力度。

THE DEVELOPMENT AND APPLICATION OF ENVIRONMENTALLY LUBRICANTS

The worse biodegradability of mineral oil has caused heavy pollution. The coaction of the government intervention,legislation limit,end- user demands and lubricants manufacturers has promoted the development of EAL( Environment Acceptable Lubricants). With perfect variety and increase by degrees of share year after year,EAL has been used to forest exploitation, machine work and food work. Lubricants taking plant oil and synthetic ester as base oils are prospective. This kind of oil should be emphasised on development in China.
