摘    要:选用液压油基础油、25号变压器油、8号航空油作为研究对象,通过测定在-10~-40℃温度范围内不同温度时单种油样以及混合油样低温运动粘度,研究了低温对润滑油性能的影响。随着温度的逐渐降低,油样的粘度逐渐增加,温度越低油样粘度增加越快:当温度相对较高时(高于-20℃),随温度的降低油样粘度增加的速率较小;当温度相对较低时(低于-20℃),随着温度的逐渐降低,油样粘度增加的速率逐渐增大。并对实验现象做了解释。通过研究混合油样的低温运动粘度,为润滑油在低温条件下的应用以及研制提供依据。

Abstract:The base oil of hydraulic oil,25 transformer oil and 8 aviation oil were selected to study the influence of low temperature on lubricating oil's performance through measuring the low-temperature kinematic viscosity of oil samples mentioned above and mixed oil samples in the range of-10~-40 ℃.The viscosity of oil samples increased gradually with the decrease of temperature,and the lower the temperature was,the more rapid viscosity of oil samples increased.When the temperature was higher than-20 ℃,the viscosity increase of oil samples was slower with the decrease of temperature;When the temperature decreased to below-20 ℃,the viscosity increase of oil samples was faster with the decrease of temperature.Additionally,the phenomena of experiments were explained.These results could provide basis for the application and development of lubricating oil at low temperature.
