摘    要:为了研究发动机炭烟微粒对发动机油的润滑特性影响,文章采用炭黑替代发动机炭烟微粒,分别添加在32#机械油和CD15W-40柴油机油中。通过四球摩擦磨损试验机研究不同炭黑添加量对油品抗磨减摩特性的影响。结果表明:炭黑的团聚影响润滑油的黏度,使摩擦系数升高,并充当第三体磨粒磨损的角色。同时,由于炭黑和抗磨剂极性分子的竞争吸附,影响了CD15W-40机油的抗磨性。随着炭黑添加量增加,32#机械油的钢球磨斑直径有减小的趋势,而CD 15W-40油的钢球磨斑直径有增大的趋势;随着炭黑添加量增加,32#机械油的钢球摩擦系数有增大的趋势,而CD 15W-40油的钢球摩擦系数有减小的趋势。通过扫描电镜可推测炭黑阻碍了边界膜的形成。

Abstract:This paper dealt with the influence of soot particles on the lubricity of lubricating oil.The carbon black was selected as the substitute of diesel soot particles and added to 32# general lubricating oil and CD 15W-40 diesel lubricating oil respectively.The tribological properties of lubricating oils with different addition of carbon black were evaluated by a four-ball tribometer.The morphologies of the worn scars of steel balls were observed by SEM.The results showed that their friction coefficients increase because the soot agglomeration might increase the kinetic viscosity of lubricating oil.The soot particles decrease their wear resistances of lubricating oils due to its role of three-body abrasive particles.Meanwhile,there is a competitive adsorption between the soot particles and polar molecules of antiwear additive,which also influences the antiwear performance of CD 15W-40 lubricating oil.The wear resistances of 32# lubricating oil become well and the friction reduction become worse with the increasing of carbon black.However,there is an opposite tendency for CD 15W-40 lubricating oil with the increasing of carbon black.It might be attributed from the fact that the carbon black could block the formation of antiwear film based on the analyses of SEM and EDS.
