套损风险井监测对策及应用分析

随着油田套损情况日益严峻,针对油水井不同套损风险等级和风险类型,制定相应的监测对策,及时发现套损隐患并精准定位套损部位,有助于提高油水井套损风险防范能力,对于套损治理和避免套损的进一步发生具有重要意义。套损风险井监测是防治套管损坏的基础,做好套损监测工作能够为套损防控、修复与报废措施方案提供有效依据。目前针对套损风险井的预测方法已经比较成熟,高套损风险预测符合率可以达到75%[5],在套损风险井预测结果的基础上制定针对性的监测对策,能够降低风险井检测成本,提高套损井治理的效果。本文针对两类套损风险类型,综合考虑风险井生产状态、套损历史信息、历史监测信息以及邻井信息给出最能反映本井套损实际状况的监测对策,形成了套损风险井监测方案设计平台,实现了套损风险井监测设计的智能化和精细化。针对性的监测方案有利于套损风险井的早发现和早治理,有效降低套损发生几率,促进油田稳定生产。

Monitoring Countermeasures and Application Analysis of Casing Damage Risk Wells

With the increasing severity of casing damage in oilfields,it is needed to develop appropriate measures for different casing damage risk levels and risk types of oil and water wells,detection of casing damage hazards in time and precise positioning of casing damage positions will help improve the ability to prevent casing damage risks in oil and water wells,It is of great significance for control and avoiding further occurrence of casing damage.Casing damage risk Monitoring is the basis of casing damage prevention.Doing well in casing damage monitoring can provide an effective basis for casing damage prevention and control,repair and scrapping measures.At present,the prediction methods of casing damage risk wells are relatively mature,and the rate of casing damage risk prediction can reach 75%[5].Based on the prediction results of casing damage risk wells,develop targeted monitoring countermeasures can be formulated to reduce risk well detection,reduced the cost of risk well detection and improved the effectiveness of casing damaged well treatment.In this paper,according to the two types of casing damage risk,the production status of the risk well,casing damage history information,historical monitoring information are comprehensivly considered and the best reflect the actual situation of casing damage in the well is given by adjacent well information,the design platform for casing damage risk well monitoring program is formed,The monitoring design of casing damage risk well monitoring is realized.The targeted monitoring program is conducive to the early detection and early treatment of casing damage risk wells,effectively reducing the probability of casing damage and promoting stable production in the oilfield.
