声波变密度测井影响因素分析

摘    要:以CBL/VDL为代表的水泥胶结测井技术多年来已成为检测和评价固井质量的一种基本方法和手段,在套管井水泥胶结质量检测的生产中发挥了重要作用。但是,声波变密度测井仪器在使用中经常出现一些问题,而有些问题并不是仪器自身故障引起的。本文通过对测井过程中经常出现的现象进行了详细的分析,指出了问题产生的原因,为技术人员提供指导和帮助。

Abstract:Cement bond logging technology,represented by CBL/VDL,has been a basic method and means to check and evaluate cementing quality for many years and has played an important part in testing cement bond quality in cased hole.While acoustic VDL tools are used,however,some problems frequently occurred,which are not caused by instrument failure.Based on the detailed analysis of the phenomena that often appear in logging operation,this paper points out the reason and provides guidance and help for operators submerged arc welding defect analysis.
